Dining : Hotel Naini Retreat has multi cuisine restaurant which serves North Indian , Continental, Chinses, Gujrati, Bengali, Mughlai & Marwari food on demand. • Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, tips, liquor, boating & joy rides.
• Any other item not mentioned in "Cost Includes".
• Any usages of vehicle not mentioned in the itinerary.
• Guide or entrance fees.
• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, road blocks, etc. (to be borne by the clients directly on the spot).
• Any increase in taxes or fuel leading to an increase in surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
• Government Service Tax.

Policy :

•  All cancellations are to be communicated in writing, & will attract a sum of INR 1500.00 minimum. Beside the forfeiture of the deposit amount, a further charge will be levied if notice of cancellation is received within 15 days prior to the operation of the booked tour as per the following.
•  When Cancellation is made Charges
•  15 Days more prior to the operation of the booked tour Loss of Deposit
•  09 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 25 - 50% of total tour cost
•  06 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 50 - 75% of total tour cost
•  04 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 100% of total tour cost
•  Please note: All cancellation charges will be furthermost subject to the consideration of those engaged in arranging the itinerary. We will use all our powers to erase the cancellation charges and negotiate for the lowest possible charges.
